My name is Amy, and I joined the Katie’s Kitty team in early 2017. I was then―and still am―a Katie’s Kitty client turned cat sitter! Since I had the best experience with Katie’s Kitty while I was away that previous summer, I decided to become a part of the team and provide the same services.

I grew up with cats always around, and I adore them! I was also the lucky parent of two rescued kitties―Callie and Yogo―from Animal Haven, but Yogo has since crossed over the rainbow bridge. It’s the same shelter where I volunteered for some time and, honestly, I wanted to take ALL the cats home. Taking care of animals has always been second nature to me. I treat every single pet I care for as if they were my own, which means plenty of recreation, petting, nuzzles, and snuggles.

I am currently in the fashion industry and work regular hours, Monday through Friday, which allows me to be available for evening and weekend visits. I live in the Bronx along the 2 and 5 lines, which would make my commuting to anyone’s home easy if you’re off these train lines.

I’m experienced with feeding, cleanup, brushing, litter scooping, and―most importantly―playtime! I’ve had my rescues for nine years now and can meet whatever your need may be. I will always make sure your pet is happy and well cared for, whether you’re away for one evening or 10 days.

If you live in Morningside Heights or Harlem (close to either the 2 or 5 train), I am your sitter. If you live in any of these Bronx neighborhoods―Concourse Village (Yankee Stadium area), Pelham Parkway, Morris Park, Crotona, South Bronx, or Melrose, I am your sitter. I look forward to providing my services to you.
